ramblings of a teenage girl

Before i start with what i wanna say .
Kuching was great,
I had a really great time with my cousin althought i had to miss Ye.
But nothing gets better when you meet your fav cousin.
And yeahh. Steven if you are reading this Yes you are my fav cousin.
The only cousin i can talk about anything and go gila gila with.
Remember doing exercise like everyday with him.
Doing crazy crazy stuffs.
Walking like 5km. Under the hot sun, rain.
It was great.
I cant promise much that i will come back again before november.
But i'll try my best.!

So,
As most of people know i am a addict to BIGGEST LOSER .
So after watching it. I actually count how much intake of calories i eat.
We asians need 1200 calories, or depending on your body.
And do you know that a packet of instant noodle maggie mee is 440 calories ?
Even Roti Canai is only 95 calories and nasi lemak 230 , magnum ice-cream 300++ .
So next time before taking a packet of maggie mee. Think TWICE.!! I MEANT TWICE.
You can actually eat so many other nicer food and healthier.

So being a addict.
I started doing exercise.
Me and yee lyn first wanted to go to the gym
Instead we when rock climbing.
Trust me is 1000 times harder than it looks.
we started from 4-7
Great workout. as the workers were friendly.
Althought my arm and my back is hurting right now.
But it is worth it.
Oh ya.
I step on a weighing machine.
After like 7 months i guess.
I did not put on weight thats the best part.
Cant wait till tomorrow when me and Yee Lyn's back will hurt like HELL.
Serious HELL.
So tomorrow pls pls dont make me carry anything . =)

We are climbing at section 2 a shop name Mad Monkeyz if i did not spell wrongly . haha.xD
